Thank you for choosing FNIRSI. We guarantee that all FNIRSI products will be thoroughly tested by our quality inspectors before shipment.

A. If the return is due to our fault.
B. The goods arrive defective and cannot be repaired with spare parts.
C. We sent the wrong item.
D. We sent the goods to the wrong address.
e. We have shipped duplicate orders.
F. Failure of the product within the 7-day return period (provided the customer has correctly assembled the product according to the user manual).

Important:
For items damaged or defective upon arrival, you must provide videos/photos to support your claim that the items were damaged or malfunctioned upon arrival. If the customer refuses or fails to send a photo/video of the allegedly defective/broken item, this return will be considered "buyer's remorse" and the return will be at the customer's sole responsibility. Customers must also pay a 15 percent purchase fee and any shipping fees paid by the seller. If the customer claims the item is defective/damaged, they must provide proof before returning the item, without exception. Use the contact form to submit pictures/videos for your return request.

Once we receive the returned item, we will check its condition and refund you as soon as possible

If the return request for damaged/defective items can be solved by simple parts and support, we can provide free replacement parts or options. If the customer thinks this is a simpler solution, we can provide advice on how to repair your goods so that you don't have any trouble. No need to worry about sending large goods back to you. FNIRSI will arrange relevant technicians or maintenance personnel to solve problems for customers as soon as possible

Under what circumstances do customers have to pay for returns?
If the return is due to customer error, return freight is the customer's responsibility and the customer will pay the freight. In these cases, prepaid return labels are not available. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your total refund and any orders that require special shipping charges will be deducted from our actual outbound shipping costs. Examples of such customer returns could include:

1. Buyer's regret ("Not satisfied with the service", "The item does not suit me", "The item does not meet my expectations", "I tried it but I want something else", etc.)
2.No reason/don't want it anymore
3. Misunderstanding of the product description (product details/description/features were not read completely)
4.Cancel the order after the item has been shipped, even if you have not received the item yet
5.The customer bought the wrong thing
6. The customer accidentally bought too much
7.The customer accidentally entered the wrong delivery address

Product exchange process:
Step 1 :
Please contact us at Support@hypergorccar.com to let us know your problem and confirm the solution.
Step 2:
Take a photo of your shipment and send it to us along with the tracking number. The cost of repairs depends on whether they are covered under warranty. (Please check the warranty coverage)
Step 3:
We will confirm the return of the goods and check the problem. Please also send us your email
Contact details (name, mobile phone number, detailed address, postal code).
Step 4:
We will send the goods back to you.

Refund :
● If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it
Get a full refund or exchange.
● You can return or refund the product within 7 days of receipt.
The product you return must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Cancel order:
FNIRSI usually ships your order within 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel your order, please contact FNIRSI as soon as possible to cancel your order and receive an immediate refund. If your order has been shipped, the customer must explain the situation to the logistics company and refuse the product. We will refund the customer once we confirm receipt of the returned product.
